yeah throat sore - running nose... think i kana flu...

so sit n reach everione hit 45 den stop liao...

den same for pull ups... everione hit 8 liaoz haha den drop...

hmmm well nt bad lah i wld say five stations...

but jumping lyke deprove everi year leh... dunno why...

so yeah managed to get all As... albeit a bit tycoly haha... esp. sit n reach...

aniwae im damn happy wif shuttle run... 9.4s!!! yeah pb... so veri happi...
